Ingredients:
- Medium roasted, fine grade ground Arabica Turkish coffee.
- hazelnut essence
Preparation:
- Add two teaspoons of coffee per cup and sugar if needed.
- Use a coffee cup to measure three quarters cup of drinking water per cup, and put it in the cezve.(traditional Turkish coffee pot)
- Mix well before putting it on the stove.
- Heat slowly, stirring well, until the coffee starts to foam.
- Gently pour a little of the foam into each cup.
- Bring the coffee to another boil, and gently fill each cup.
- It is customary to serve Turkish Coffee with a glass of water. The water prepares the mouth for the coffee’s flavor.
