These are a classic handmade banding plier that support the range of US sizes 2 up to 3. They have an opening pin and two holes for closing (2/2A first hole, 3 second hole). 

The band opening pins on these pliers are not suitable for use with incoloy or stainless steel bands. The pins will break. Use separate band opening pliers. We recommend these
