Boasting a reliable manufacturing process, Penetrator's Composite Blades are designed to provide consistent performance in an environmentally conscious manner. These composite blades offer the same performance as its translucent counterparts in a beautiful Octopoda design.
The clarity of this composite blade is unmatched and achieved through Penetrator Fins unique process and the use of high-quality raw materials. Penetrator fins are made using an advanced vacuum moulding process and high temperature digitally controlled and monitored cure cycle to obtain the unique ‘Diamond Finish’ that comes on all Penetrator Fin colours. This process eliminates the requirement for secondary disposable materials used by other manufacturers; producing an outstanding surface finish on both sides of the blade and reducing their Carbon Footprint.
All fins are Computer Numerical Control (CNC) cut to ensures accurate profiles to an accuracy of .01mm on each blade 100% of the time.
To achieve the vibrant colours, Penetrator works very closely with a world-leading colour chemist who is also based on the Gold Coast. This gives them access to colours that others cannot and that maintain the ultra-clear look of their Ghost series blades.
Penetrator Fin’s proprietary rubber water rail has also been specially made to suit the profile of the Penetrator Range, allowing for greater control over water flow, and are made of a high-quality EDPM and Rubber, designed to withstand the harsh Australian climate.
